Reviews and Ratings
I spent three nights here for a conference, and while the hotel offered a quiet atmosphere and friendly staff, it definitely requires some improvements. The large rooms were comfortable, but my bathroom needed a thorough cleaning upon arrival. Dining options were limited, and traffic in the area is quite challenging. Overall, it's a decent place with some potential, but it needs a bit of a makeover.
I spent four nights at this hotel during a business trip, and while my stay was enjoyable thanks to the adjacent forest and beautiful views, there were a few drawbacks. The service provided was excellent, and the open-air restaurant offered a unique experience. However, the TV channel selection was quite limited, and I found that the food prices were on the higher side. Wifi connectivity was also an issue, as it would disconnect frequently.
This hotel offers a unique tropical forest experience right in the heart of Nairobi. The spacious and clean rooms provide a serene atmosphere with gorgeous views, although the breakfast menu is quite limited. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay, but the dining service could use some improvement in speed. Overall, it's a lovely place if you appreciate nature and tranquility, though a bit more attention to detail could enhance the experience.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The location next to the forest provided a serene backdrop that was truly beautiful, and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout my visit. However, the rooms left much to be desired with some maintenance issues and limited TV channels. Additionally, while the dining options were tasty, the prices were on the higher side. Overall, it's a good spot for nature lovers but be prepared for some shortcomings.
I spent a week at this hotel for a conference, and overall, I found it to be a decent spot. The spacious conference room suited our needs, and the staff were accommodating and professional. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the dining experience left something to be desired, especially breakfast. The serene location by the forest was lovely, making the evenings quite relaxing, but a few things need improvement to elevate the overall experience.
